The one I used to have seemed to handle my keyboard, was v3. Release the buttons after about 5 seconds. While you keep pressing it, plug it back into the USB port. Was asked to update drivers, and had big problems. How can this be solved The problem started with me uninstalling iCue 3.X and installing iCue 4.X. The dongle works fine in all other USB ports. It is only the dongle that is not working. Also, check your taskbar tray and see if any instance of the application is running. My mouse is not working on a spesific USB 2.0 port. Once in the task manager, search for the process of CUE (Corsair Utility Engine), right-click on it and select End Task. Then press the left and right mouse buttons simultaneously for a few seconds. Now, press Windows + R, type taskmgr in the dialogue box and press Enter. To reset it, first, unplug the mouse from the USB port. This seemed way too good to be true but much to my surprise it worked Thank you so much as you just saved me a good 50 or so lmao. If your CORSAIR mouse is not responding, you can reset the mouse physically. I think a solution is to re-install an older version of iCue. Fix this by unplugging your mouse and while plugging it back in hold right and left ust me this has happened to me before and this fixed it. Funny how my old 10 GE mouse works perfectly fine and connects when booting up yet a brand new 80 mouse does not. I’ve only had the mouse for less than a week, I’ve done everything you mentioned in this post, and still does not work. At a certain price point you'd think the lighting would be taken care of in 2021+.Īnyways, since these posts don't seem to have any relevant/official answers based on all the other ones I've stumbled upon, here's a suggestion : Brand new mouse but every time I boot my PC I have to unplug and replug the slipstream dongle. Still a bit taken aback it doesn't recognize my MSi 3080 Suprim. And I have to say that the iCUE software for this is the worst program that I have. The back and forward button keep failing to work for me to. Though at least your software seems to work for the most part, contrarily to MSi's and Asus' spectacular pieces of **** programs. Posted Novem(edited) I have the K95 RGB Platinum keyboard with firmware v1.07.123, Glaive RGB mouse with firmware v1.07.123 and the H80iGT cpu cooler. Unfortunately you can't save profiles for the K68, the option just isn't there in any of the UI menus.ĭisappointing is a mild word for what I feel right now. Initially I had the same issue with the mouse however saving a DPI profile with HW lighting correctly set solved the mouse issue. I have no conflicting RGB software, have properly set the Hardware lighting on my devices and have saved profile as best as your software allows me to. Spent the better part of several hours on this already. the HW lighting on my K68RGB keyboard is stuck on a disgusting flat green.
